ASrIA is committed to help build capacity for meeting sustainability challenges in Asia. We are focused in particular on enabling the finance industry, investors, market regulators, corporates and community groups to rise to this challenge. Over the last few years, levels of awareness about sustainability issues and sustainable finance have risen within the Asian and global finance industry. The emphasis now is on providing the tools that finance managers, loan providers and investors need to take to orient finance and investment towards sustainable goals whilst meeting their financial objectives. In other words, achieving Triple Bottom Line investment objectives.

ASrIA has therefore developed a suite of training module from half-day senior executive briefings to five day workshops that present the business case and the issues, engage participants in interactive learning activities and provide tools for assessing the issues and managing investments.

ASrIA has run many events and briefings for finance executives, investors, corporates, government representatives and community groups. We recently run a four day event in association with ADFIAP for senior finance managers from ADFIAP member banks. This event combined ASrIA presentation modules with presentations from expert speakers and interactive participatory activities and group discussion.

We also recognise that effective training is only the starting point for making real change happen. ASrIA provides innovative means and significant resources to enable you to ensure that the ideas, programs and commitments generated in workshops flow into actual on-going action in your organisations.
