Alexandra Boakes Tracy Chairman |
Alexandra Tracy is President of Hoi Ping Ventures in Hong Kong, which she established to provide research and consulting on investment and sustainability issues. Based in Asia for nearly twenty years, Alexandra was for much of that time an investment banker, with Morgan Stanley, Citibank and ABN Amro Bank, advising on construction, acquisition and financing of major energy and infrastructure projects in developing countries in the region. Following this, she was Chief Financial Officer of AptitudeX Pte. Ltd., a start-up software company in Singapore, and later ran her own corporate finance consulting business in Singapore. She was then responsible for developing the Asian business of Campden Publishing, a media company specialising in the private wealth management and family business sectors and providing information to ultra high net worth investors and family offices. For several years following the buy-out of Campden Publishing, she was Vice President - Strategy at First Eastern Investment Group, an independent private investment group in Hong Kong. Alexandra is currently an Advisor to the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology's Asian Family Business Research Centre. She speaks and writes regularly on sustainability issues and is a columnist in "Investments & Pensions Asia" magazine. She has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and MA degrees from Yale University and Cambridge University. |

Rebecca Mikula Wright General Manager |
Rebecca comes from a banking background which began in London in with JPMorgan derivatives operations and Robert Flemings in equities, then returned to Australia to work with JPMorgan Chase covering various trading products. In parallel to her banking career she was heavily involved in a number of NGO organizations in London and Sydney, and was the National Awareness and Volunteer Coordinator for the Australian Orangutan project for 5 years. From Sydney she moved to Prague, Czech Republic for 3 years where she was a senior credit analyst with Exxon Mobil and began her MBA from Sheffield Hallam University (Prague). Then onto HK to work for Nomura as Regional Business Manager for Equity Research where she initiated the establishment of the Environment Committee as part of their CSR initiatives and launch of the internal CSR Environment program. Rebecca also worked on the Barclays Global Investors / BlackRock merger as a Project Manager for Asia Pacific. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Japanese/Commerce) from Sydney University. |

Alice Prudhoe Project Manager |
Alice Prudhoe is the Project Manager at ASrIA with responsibility for coordinating the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change. Alice has over five years experience managing sustainability projects in the utilities, telecommunications and government sectors for companies including Vodafone and EnergyAustralia. Projects completed include sustainability strategy development, greenhouse gas reporting, resource efficiency improvements and numerous sustainability related change management programs. She holds a Master in Environmental Law and Bachelor of Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney in Australia. |

David Doré Research Manager |
Mr. Doré has ten years of experience in sustainability issues – from sustainable security to sustainable finance and responsible investment. Based in Hong Kong, he provides research and investor engagement services for the Association for Sustainable & Responsible Investment in Asia (ASrIA). He oversees investment information gathering and dissemination, and produces research including a commentary on the role institutional investors can play in promoting sustainable stock exchanges and ESG disclosure requirements in Asia. David also privately and publicly consults with stock exchanges in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to ASrIA, he was an investment analyst with an independent research provider covering the Asia-Pacific region. A former Peace Corps volunteer in SE Asia, he holds an MBA (Financial Services) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (World No. 10 MBA program according to the Financial Times) and an MS in Justice, Law and Society from American University in Washington, D.C, where he examined constitution-making as a conflict transformative process, focusing on post-war Iraq. |

Elsa Li Events & Marketing Manager |
Elsa has worked in the digital sphere in Asia Pacific for 3+ years and PRC for 1+ year. Her expertise is in online strategy and planning, search engine marketing and integrated marketing with TV commerical and sponsorships, print and out-of-home media. She joined ASrIA in June 2011, generating ideas in Sustainable Investment marketing efforts - such as conferences, web strategy and content generation.
