ALEXANDRA TRACY (Chairman)
Alexandra is Vice President - Strategy at First Eastern Investment Group, an independent investment group in Hong Kong. Based in Asia for nearly twenty years, Alexandra was for much of that time an investment banker, with Morgan Stanley, Citibank and ABN Amro Bank, advising on construction, acquisition and financing of major energy and infrastructure projects in developing countries in the region. Following this, she was Chief Financial Officer of AptitudeX Pte. Ltd., a start-up software company in Singapore, and then ran her own corporate finance consulting business in Singapore. She was then responsible for developing the Asian business of Campden Publishing, a media company which specialises in the private wealth management and family business sectors and provides information, in particular, to ultra high net worth investors and family offices in Europe and Asia. Alexandra subsequently ran Hoi Ping Ventures, a private entity based in Hong Kong, which provides independent research and consulting on investment and sustainability issues to multilateral institutions, corporates, universities, NGOs and policy research groups. Alexandra is currently an Advisor to the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology's Asian Family Business Research Centre. She has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and MA degrees from Yale University and Cambridge University.

TESSA TENNANT (Founding Chair)
Tessa Tennant is Executive Chair of The Ice Organisation, a personal carbon management and loyalty programme. Tessa co-founded the UK's first equity investment fund for sustainable development in 1988. She was Chair and co-founder of the UK Social Investment Forum uksif.org and of the Carbon Disclosure Project cdproject.net where she is now a Trustee.  In 2001 she co-founded and was first Chair of ASrIA and remains on the Board.  She is the SRI adviser to Oxford University's Endowment Fund.  She is also Chair of the Global Cool Foundation globalcool.org  In 2003 she received the Sustainability Leadership Award by SAM/SPG of Switzerland and in 2004 was joint winner of the City of Goteborg International Environmental Leadership Prize.

RAJESH SRIVASTAVA
Rajesh was Chairman of ASrIA Board of Directors from 2006 to 2009. He is Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Commercial Banking at Rabo India Finance Limited (a 100% subsidiary of Rabobank International) based in Mumbai. He has 25 years experience in financial services in India, Singapore and other countries and considerable expertise in the corporate and investment banking arena. Sustainable Energy is a key focus at Rabobank International .Rajesh has played a significant role in Rabobank’s efforts to deliver financial products to the renewable energy sector in line with its global commitment to further efforts towards a greener world and to combat environmental degradation and global warming.

ERIK FLOYD (Treasurer)
Erik Floyd is Director of Asia Strategic Investor Relations Limited, an IR consultancy he founded following a 30-year career in investor relations, equity research, banking and government service. Beginning at the U.S. Treasury, Erik served in Washington and then the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo. While in Washington, he established an Amnesty International group. After Tokyo, he joined JP Morgan’s capital raising desk in New York, raising funds for both the bank and its Asian clients. Shifting to equity research, Erik covered the metals and mining sector, then Asia's power and gas utilities for Schroders and Jardine Fleming, developing a strong concern about the potential for environmental damage. Erik attended ASrIA's founding conference in Hong Kong in November 2001. In 2003, he joined PCCW, Hong Kong's leading telecoms company, as Director of Investor Relations, then in 2008 joined Hong Kong-based Techtronic Industries as VP, Investor Relations. Erik has a BA from Yale and an MA from Johns Hopkins.

DAVID ST. MAUR SHEIL (Director Operations and Co-Founder )
David started his career in Standard Chartered Bank. Subsequently, David left the Bank to help found an environmental consultancy based in Hong Kong. For the past fifteen years he has been consistently involved in sustainable development related initiatives in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific Region and has extensive ecological and community business experience. He has been a director/partner of several successful ecologically and community oriented businesses. He has had a long-term interest in Sustainable Investment. He was a founding member of the UK Social Investment Forum and a member of the New Economics Forum. He set-up and managed the ASrIA website. He has conducted research and also sustainable finance training on behalf of ASrIA. David has a Masters of Philosophy in Comparative Literature from Hong Kong University.

ROBERT SHERRIFF
Item Industries, Hong Kong
Robert Sherriff is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Item Industries Ltd, a consumer product contract manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. Robert serves on the advisory board of Solar Nation, a renewable energy outreach and action organization which aims to steer the course of the USA towards a future of clean energy. Robert also serves on the advisory board of Energy Access Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that increases access to clean and renewable energy for unserved populations in emerging markets through rural energy enterprises to alleviate poverty, expand economic development, and protect the environment.

DUNCAN PATERSON (Non-Executive Director)
Centre for Australian Ethical Research, Australia
Duncan is Chief Executive Officer and founder of the Centre for Australian Ethical Research (CAER), the not-for-profit SRI research organisation based in Canberra, Australia. He has worked extensively in the field of socially responsible investment, both in Australia and in the UK with EIRIS Ltd. Duncan values the opportunity his work offers to combine research into company activities with direct dialogue through company representatives. In addition to his work with ASrIA, Duncan is a director of the industry body for SRI in Australia, the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA), and is a member of FINSIA’s Managed Funds & Super Advisory Group.
