  • Co-Founder and Steering Committee Member, Environmental Management Accounting Network for Asia-Pacific
Fatima Reyes is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in environmental accountancy, investment, and finance. Her work deals with the development and use of accounting and finance tools and techniques to advance sustainable development. Today’s need for higher accountability and good corporate governance also call for accounting standards and practices that measure and report on a broader area of business concerns that includes not only economic outcomes but also environmental care and social responsibility. Fatima is also a member of the UN Division for Sustainable Development’s Experts Working Group on Environmental Management Accounting.

Fatima spoke on Environmental/Sustainability Management Accounting and discussed how this could serve SRI objectives.
