Mr. Toshikazu Saito graduated from Kyoto University (B.S. in Engineering), and joined Dainippon Ink and Chemicals, Inc. (DIC) in 1967. He studied at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich for two years. In 1979, he founded DIC Creation, Inc. (renamed to “DIC Renaissance, Inc.” in 1992, to “Renaissance, Inc.” in 2003), which was the internal corporate venture of DIC. As Trustee of KEIZAI DOYUKAI (Japan Association of Corporate Executives), he held several positions such as Chairman of the Study Group on “Market Evolution and Corporations in the 21st Century” (2001-03), and Vice Chairman of the Committee for Promotion of CSR Management (2003-present).
