Mr. Dylan Tanner

ERM Japan Ltd.

Fully bilingual in Japanese and English, Mr Tanner has 15 years experience advising European and US companies on environmental compliance and market pressures in Japan and Asia Pacific. While overseeing ERM's office in Japan, which he founded and is co-owner of, he also conducts regulatory and policy reviews on detailed aspects of Japanese and Asian environmental issues for global multinationals. He also project manages large consulting projects for ERM Group clients in Japan.

Following establishment of ERM's office in Japan in 1999, he has grown the office to a size of 15 staff and USD 4 million in net revenue by 2002, and is engaged in managing over 30 foreign multinational and Japanese clients on behalf of the ERM Group. He has responsibility for overall QA/QC of audit reporting originating from ERM Japan.

Prior to ERM, Dylan Tanner worked for WS Atkins (a Surrey, UK based engineering firm) and AEA Technology. He also founded a information company based on Asian environmental issues (www.asianenviro.com), which continues to publish monthly newsletters on environmental issues in Japan, China and Asia.
