Take the Narita Express from the Narita Airport to Tokyo station. Switch to the JR Yamanote line (outbound train) to Shibuya station. The Shibuya Excel Hotel is right in the station building called Shibuya Mark City.

There is also a bus line between Narita Airport and Shibuya Station. It leaves the airport at 7:55 a.m., 10:40 a.m., and 5 after every hour between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm, and 8:00 pm and 9:00pm. However, unlike the train, there may be delays due to Tokyo traffic conditions. The bus fare is 3000 Yen.

Take the Narita Express from the Narita Airport to Tokyo station. Switch to the JR Yamanote line (outbound train) to Shinbashi station (3 minutes). At Shinbashi, switch to Ginza line (subway) to Omotesando station (11 minutes). Exit here at A4 and turn left, walk about 3 minutes, turn left at the first traffic signal and walk 2 minutes straight ahead. The hotel is on right side of the road.
