Anne-Maree joined Morley in November 2000. She began her investment career with Jupiter Asset Management as a researcher for Europe's first ecology fund. She has substantial experience as an SRI specialist having started in this area with Jupiter Asset Management as a researcher for Europe's first ecology fund. She has subsequently worked at NPI and Henderson Asset Management as Head of SRI Research before moving in the same role to Morley Fund Management. Anne-Maree holds a degree in Microbiology and Zoology and a Masters in Environmental Impact Assessment.

Her main responsibilities include the development of the SRI research strategy and the implementation of Morley's SRI policy. Anne-Maree is particularly responsible for the progressive engagement programme and overseeing the integration of SRI research into the mainstream, as well retaining sectoral responsibility for researching financial institutions and utilities. Anne-Maree is also the nominated CSR Manager for Morley.
