Dylan Tanner is currently Managing Director of ERM Japan, which he founded in 1998. It is now the leading international environmental consulting firm in Japan, advising Japanese and Western global corporations. In addition to overseeing ERM's office in Japan, he advises numerous multinational corporations on aspects of management of environmental and social risks. Prior to ERM, Dylan founded a newsletter company that commenced publication of Asia-related environmental journals in the early 1990s, and continues to this day. He holds a BSc in Physics from Birmingham University and an MSc in Environmental Technology from London University. Dylan was born and raised in Japan and has spent time in most Asian countries.
