Indraneel is the Practice Leader for Hewitt Associate’s consulting practices in Asia Pacific. In this role Indraneel provides strategic direction and thought leadership for Hewitt’s consulting business across 11 countries in Asia. Indraneel is also part of the global consulting leadership team for Hewitt Associates.

Indraneel’s experience spans all areas of people value and human capital
resources consulting including business transformation, business performance, talent management, leadership development, organization design, culture change and transition management. He provides leadership in shaping Hewitt’s thinking and intellectual capital in these areas.

In the Asia Pacific region, Indraneel has advised clients in various sectors including Government and Public Service, Financial Services, Electronics, HealthCare, Consumer Staples, Media and Entertainment, Oil and Gas, and Information Technology.

Some of his recent clients include the Economic Development Board (Singapore), Ministry of Manpower (Singapore), Ministry of Defense (Singapore), Prime Minister’s Office (Singapore), Singapore International Airlines (Asia Pacific), Development Bank of Singapore (Singapore), Philips Electronics (Asia Pacific), Medtronic (Asia Pacific), Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (Jakarta), and Thai Farmer’s Bank (Bangkok). Indraneel is also an influential thought leader in the region on topics like talent, leadership, change management and e-business. He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences for region business leaders.

Indraneel is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, and holds
an MBA from XLRI Institute of Management in India.
