William Anderson joined adidas-Salomon at the end of 2000, as Head of Social & Environmental Affairs for the Asia Pacific Region. He manages a team of 22 compliance staff, located in 7 countries across the region. Prior to joining adidas he was Managing Director of an environmental management consultancy in Hong Kong. He has 20 years experience in industrial and environmental auditing and has worked as an advisor to companies and to governments on environmental policy and regulations. He has spent the past 12 years living and working in Asia.

William holds a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and is a Member of the US Ethics Officer Association.
