Position: Admininstrative SupportAre you interested in Environmental & Social issues? Do you have good administrative skills? If so, we are looking for someone to support our office and assist our General Manager and team. If you are reliable, responsible, good at multi-tasking and eager for a challenge, please read our job description.1. About the Position a) Major Responsibilities • Support the office administration • Provide support and assistance to the General Manager and other team members • Book and manage travel • Assist with office accounts and record keeping • Assist with ASrIA outreach projects, including seminars and conferences • Assist with direct contacts to ASrIA members and network as necessary • Assist with document and report editing and publishing b) Candidate Profile • Keen interest in environmental and social issues • Fast Learner, Team Player and Self Starter • Good command of English and Chinese • Positive and confident telephone manner • Good organisation, analytical, research and problem solving skills • Experience with office administration • Familiarity with basic accounts and record keeping • Experience with office word processing and database software 2. About ASrIA The Association for Sustainable & Responsible Investment in Asia, ASrIA is a not for profit, membership association dedicated to promoting corporate responsibility and sustainable investment practice in the Asia Pacific region. ASrIA's members include investment institutions managing over US$4 trillion in assets, however membership is open to any organisation which has an interest in sustainable investment. ASrIA has taken a leadership role in promoting sustainable investment in Asia since our founding in 2001. ASrIA has run conferences, seminars and workshops, and published wide-ranging research on SRI issues. ASrIA has also created a very wide network of organizations and individuals interested in the broad range of policy issues and investment strategies which are essential to the implementation of SRI in Asia. ASrIA's website, www.asria.org, is the primary resource for SRI in Asia, attracting over 15,000 hits per day and over 4,500 subscribers to our regular e-bulletin. 3. Application Procedure ASrIA is seeking to fill the post of Admin Manager as soon as possible. This is a full-time position.
