gaimAsia 2007 focuses specifically on the most important issues affecting the alternative investment industry in the pan-Asian environment. Market conditions in 2006 have created a very challenging year for hedge funds in the Asia-Pacific, and it seems that hard lessons have had to be learnt. However the market sentiment now is picking up, and although there has traditionally been a strong cyclicality in this region, the outlook now is positive again.
