The 2008 conference on Corporate Social Responsibility will be an opportunity for a diverse group of business leaders, activists, and academics to come together and share their views and experiences on several fronts of the CSR movement.

This year's theme is "Preparing Future Leaders for Tomorrow". In the spirit of our theme we hope that our conference will inspire young business people about the values & benefits of CSR within corporations and communities, and encourage such leaders to engage and champion socially responsible business practices in their organizations.

CSR is not only about giving back to the community, but also fostering an environment of strong corporate governance which balances the interests of maximizing shareholder value and the interests of society as a whole.
