Community Business is conducting 4 training workshops on Getting Started in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on 6 - 7 May, 2008

Based on our publication, Getting Started in CSR - A practical guide for small, medium and large companies, this programme takes delegates through a step by step process, looking at case studies and exercises to ensure a strategic approach to CSR.

The workshops will focus on the following four key themes:
1. Provide Leadership
2. Integrate CSR into Organisational Strategy and Operations
3. Engage Stakeholders
4. Communicate CSR

The workshops will be led by Shalini Mahtani, CEO and Founder of Community Business. Speakers from multinational and major local companies will also share experience of their CSR journey, as it relates to each of the above areas.
