1. In order to combat Climate Change and establish a worldwide sustainable socio-economic system, it is essential to identify the roles of Green Purchasing and develop substantial strategies and action plans.
2. Given of the importance of Green Purchasing for the Asian regions, the status and roles of Green Purchasing should be promoted successfully.
3. The conference aims at building up partnerships among policy makers, business groups, consumers to further advance Green Purchasing.
   In particular, individual Asian countries will make a breakthrough to disseminate the Green Purchasing Network for Green Growth and Prevention of Climate Change.
   The institutional/technical knowledge and experiences required to put Green Purchasing into practice and dissemination will be shared.
4. The 10-Year Framework of Programs (10YFP) for Sustainable Consumption and Production should reflect the opinions of all stakeholders, including the public sector, business, NGOs, and consumers. The groups interested in sustainable production and consumption will have opportunity to contribute to the 10YFP and suggest how the 10YFP can support actions needed to build up and foster Green Purchasing.
