On Wednesday, February 3, 2010, the Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA) is co-organising a series of consultative meetings with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on the latter's new corporate governance segment for listed companies.

Called the "Maharlika Board", the segment is designed for companies that voluntarily submit to higher corporate governance standards.

ACGA and PSE will organise one meeting in Hong Kong for ACGA members there and two conference calls for other members in North America and Asia/Europe.
