Talking Points on Article Critical of SRI

The Social Investment Forum has developed talking points for members interested in responses to a recent article critical of socially responsible investing by Paul Hawken. Mr. Hawken's article in "Common Ground" and a corresponding report contain significant omissions and errors that the Forum is correcting.

While recognizing the leadership role Mr. Hawken has played to advance sustainable practices, we are disappointed about the misunderstandings and errors in his latest article.
