Grameen Foundation USA Survey of Financial Professionals

27 September, 2005

Grameen Foundation USA is seeking the opinions of financial professionals in a short survey entitled 'Microfinance as an Asset Class.'  We would particularly appreciate the perspective of our internationally minded colleagues focused on Asia.  We would appreciate 10 minutes of your time to go to www.gfusa.org/survey, read the introductory comments and participate in the survey.  Again, it is geared towards a range of financial professionals with expertise in mainstream and SRI content areas.

Grameen Foundation USA is a non-profit dedicated to supporting access to financial services for the poorest people in the world. We are aligned with, but separate from, the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh.  We work through our 52 microfinance institution partners in 21 countries, including India, China, the Philippines, Bangldesh, and the Tsunami affected region.  The new Capital Markets Group was formed to establish Grameen Foundation tailored products, develop microfinance as an asset class, and provide leadership replicating capital market successes throughout the world. More information on Grameen Foundation USA is available at www.gfusa.org.
