KEY Characteristics: The fund invests 60% assets into companies in the water-related businesses around the globe. The water-related businesses include water supply and drainage sector, infrastructure providers such as constructors, machinery/equipment and solutions providers, and end-user business i.e. bottled water. The fund's universe is comprised of 100 companies listed in Europe, Asia and US, selected among constituents of MSCI Utility Index and MSCI Consumer Stables Index. In addition, infrastructure players with high exposure to the water business or high growth forecast in the business are also potential targets for the universe. The fund aims to build a balanced portfolio in terms of all relevent sectors and balanced exposure in terms of regions. When evaluating stocks, roughly 70% of the scores on companies' growth potential, profitability and financial soundness with the remaining 30% on transparancy and liquidity. At the initial period, the asset allocation ratio is likely to be roughly 45%, 50% and 5% in water supply/drainage sector, infrastructure players and bottled water providers, respectively.
