Key Characteristics:
Lyxor Agriculture Fund aims to provide a return linked to a pure agricultural commodity futures index and a pure agricultural equity index. The fund adopts so-called 'Core and Satellite' investment strategy namely:
(i) Core exposure with 80% target allocation of the fund's assets to a representative index of agricultural commodity futures called Dow Jones-AIG Agriculture Total Return Sub-Index (Bloomberg code: DJAIGAGT) 
(ii) Satellite exposure with 20% target allocation of the fund's assets to a representative index of listed global agriculture-related companies called SGI Global Agriculture Index (Bloomberg code: SGIXGAU)

As of end of February 2008, 7 commodities are included in Dow Jones-AIG Agriculture Total Return Sub-Index: soybeans, corn, wheat, sugar, soybean oil, coffee and cotton. Meanwhile, sub-sector breadown of SGI Global Agriculture Index are as follows: fertilisers/chemicals (57%), agricultural commodities/products (23%), equipment (11%), livestock (7%) and diversified agricultural activities (2%).
