KEY Characteristics:
Amanah Saham Bank Islam (ASBI) is an Islamic unit trust fund established by Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd to provide a channel for investors to pool and invest in companies that follow the Syariah principle. Under the group of funds, there are four different funds that investors can choose from namely ASBI Tabung Pertama, ASBI Dana Bon Islam, ASBI Dana Persaraan and ASBI Dana Pendidikan. The Manager will invest the funds that are accumulated in a portfolio of investments comprising halal stocks, bonds and other forms of investments in accordance with the requirements by the BUTM Syariah Supervisory Council, the SC and the Deed of the funds. In carrying out this responsibility, the Manager will receive management fees under the concept of AL-UJRAH.
