KEY Characteristics:
RHB Islamic Growth Fund is geared towards investors who look for Syariah compliant instruments that provide long term capital appreciation. The fund will be mainly investing in public listed companies with growth potential, Islamic debt securities and other securities acceptable under Syariah principles. Selection of equity investments of the fund will be in line with those in the SC's Syariah list which is updated and published twice a year.

The fund may invest in fixed income securities to preserve the value of the Fund under volatile market conditions. For fixed income securities, the fund seeks investments amongst the Syariah compliant fixed income papers that are of investment grades. Thus, the equities holding would also be reduced to a minimum of 65% of the NAV. The normal asset allocation of the fund is 80% in equities and 20% in Islamic debt securities/cash.
