Key Characteristics:
Public Islamic Asia Dividend Fund aims to generate income by investing in a portfolio of stocks in domestic and regional markets that comply with Shariah requirements, and have the potential to offer attractive dividend yields. The fund may also invest in Islamic debt securities to generate additional returns. The equity portion will remain in the range of 75% to 90% of the fund's NAV. Up to 70% of the NAV can be invested in selected foreign markets such as South Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand.
